1. Advisory Nature of Services

Clear Summit Strategies provides remote artificial intelligence consulting and business process advisory services. The work helps companies understand practical uses of existing AI tools, organize workflows, compare products, plan implementation, develop prompts and operating templates, and train teams on responsible use.

Services are informational and advisory. The client remains the decision-maker and operator of its business. A recommendation is not a command to purchase, deploy, automate, or rely on a tool.

2. No Regulated Professional Advice

Services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, insurance, medical, clinical, employment, cybersecurity certification, engineering, or other regulated professional advice. Clear Summit Strategies does not act as the client’s attorney, accountant, investment adviser, healthcare provider, compliance officer, or fiduciary.

The client should consult qualified professionals when an AI use case affects legal rights, regulated records, financial reporting, taxes, employment decisions, healthcare, safety, security, or another specialized field. Consulting deliverables should not be represented as a legal opinion, compliance certification, audit report, or guarantee.

3. Existing Third-Party AI Tools

Recommendations concern products and services operated by third parties. Clear Summit Strategies does not own or control their models, infrastructure, security, pricing, product roadmaps, training data, terms, or privacy practices. A feature available during an assessment may later change, become unavailable, produce different results, or require a different subscription.

The client must review current vendor documentation and terms before purchase or use. Vendor claims should be independently evaluated, and important data-use settings, retention controls, access permissions, and regional availability should be confirmed directly with the provider.

4. AI Output Limitations

AI systems can produce incomplete, outdated, biased, inconsistent, or incorrect outputs. They may fabricate facts or citations, misinterpret instructions, expose confidential information through improper use, or behave differently after a model update. A well-written prompt does not eliminate these limitations.

Outputs should be treated according to their risk. Material intended for customers, public distribution, contracts, policies, financial records, personnel decisions, safety functions, or other important uses requires appropriate human review and, where relevant, specialist verification.

5. Human Oversight

Clear Summit Strategies does not develop or authorize autonomous systems to make final decisions about individuals. Recommendations are designed around accountable human ownership. The client must decide who may use a tool, what information may be entered, what output requires review, how exceptions are handled, and who has authority to approve implementation.

The client remains responsible for monitoring deployed use, correcting errors, maintaining records, training users, and stopping or changing a process when it becomes unreliable or inappropriate.

6. Information and Assumptions

Advice is based on the scope, facts, documents, demonstrations, interviews, and assumptions available at the time. Clear Summit Strategies does not independently audit every client statement, vendor representation, or technical environment unless that work is expressly included.

If the information is incomplete or later changes, a recommendation may no longer fit. The client should identify material changes to workflow volume, software, data category, legal obligations, team structure, risk tolerance, or business objective before relying on a deliverable.

7. No Guaranteed Results

No guarantee is made regarding revenue, profit, savings, productivity, accuracy, adoption, ranking, response time, headcount reduction, risk elimination, regulatory status, or return on investment. Results depend on factors outside the consultant’s control, including the quality of implementation, client data, staff behavior, management decisions, third-party products, market conditions, and ongoing maintenance.

Examples, estimates, and scenarios illustrate possible considerations and are not promises or forecasts.

8. Tool Selection and Procurement

AI Tool Selection Support compares options against an identified need but is not a procurement warranty. The client is responsible for final diligence, contract negotiation, subscription selection, security review, data processing terms, accessibility, integration feasibility, total cost, and vendor approval.

Clear Summit Strategies does not receive authority to enter contracts on the client’s behalf unless a separate written authorization expressly says so.

9. Implementation Planning

An implementation plan is a project roadmap, not execution of the client’s systems. Unless separately agreed, the service does not include coding, system administration, migration, integration, penetration testing, continuous monitoring, or operation. The client should validate the plan with its technical, legal, security, and operational stakeholders before production deployment.

10. Prompt and Workflow Materials

Prompts, templates, and scenarios require testing with the client’s authorized accounts, data boundaries, and review standards. AI responses are nondeterministic, so the same prompt may produce different outputs. The client should maintain examples, acceptance criteria, escalation rules, and a manual fallback for important tasks.

11. Training

Training reflects product information and responsible-use practices available at the time of the session. It does not certify a participant, guarantee mastery, replace an employer’s policies, or transfer responsibility for supervision. The client should update training when tools, staff, risk, or legal requirements change.

12. Data and Confidentiality Risks

The client must not enter confidential, personal, proprietary, or regulated information into an AI tool unless the client has authority, a legitimate purpose, suitable vendor terms, and appropriate settings. Redaction, synthetic examples, enterprise controls, or local processing may be appropriate depending on the risk. No general recommendation should be interpreted as permission to ignore confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, recordkeeping, or security duties.

13. Responsible Use

The client must not use consulting materials to facilitate unlawful surveillance, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, deceptive content, unauthorized access, harmful manipulation, or prohibited automated decisions. Clear Summit Strategies may decline or end work that presents an unreasonable legal, security, or ethical concern.
